4. Sign Up Patients

As patients come in for new or return services, and agree to become members, you have them complete our simple sign up form.

2. Determine Annual Payment

Our providers have the freedom to charge as little or as much as they want for each plan.

-Single = $79

- Couple = $99

- Family = $129

5. Collect Commissions

All payment for the plans are collected up front and each month ADN sends your office a consolidated commission check.  ADN also handles all referrals and provides commissions for these as well.

3. Market Your New Plan

ADN provides, free of charge, personalized brochures to display in your office.  These allow you to give your patients an easy to understand summary of their benefits and plan options.
